July 7, 2023 – Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) has launched a completely new website at flypsp.com. Guided by the new airport brand, approved by the Palm Springs City Council in spring 2023, the site is vibrant, intuitive, and accessible to all.

The new website provides easy access to the most requested information, such as flight status, details about food and shopping, and access to the airlines and rental cars that operate at PSP.  However, flypsp.com is more robust than the previous site and provides several new features, including a TSA checkpoint wait-time monitor and parking lot status information.

There is also a section for those doing business with the airport, which includes helpful information about current projects, leasing opportunities, operations data, and more. Crucially, the entire site has been optimized for any device and is compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 federal standards for accessibility.

“Our website is the digital welcome mat for our travelers and residents, and we are proud to offer an improved online experience,” said Harry Barrett, Jr., AAE, executive director of PSP. “Flypsp.com is customer-focused, beautiful, and easy to navigate—just like the airport itself.”

The website was built by Aviatrix Communications, a Minority and Woman Owned Business (MWBE) that specializes in developing and designing airport websites. The firm also designed the new PSP brand, and utilized the brand colors, fonts, and tone across the site.

The new website will continue to be updated with exciting features, including an online lost and found tool and a booking engine for flights, hotels, and car rentals. Explore the new site at flypsp.com.
