Retail & Food and Beverage
Retail and food and beverage concessions inside the terminal are managed by contracted operators.
In December 2022, the Palm Springs City Council approved 10 year concessions agreements with:
- WHSmith for retail locations
- Paradies Lagardère for food and beverage locations
Both concessionaires conduct ongoing vendor outreach, with a focus on local businesses.

Aviation & Commercial Development
PSP offers existing facilities and shovel ready land for aviation and non-aviation development. All inquiries are handled confidentially.

General Aviation
PSP is a certificated FAA Part 139 airport serving both commercial and general aviation operations.
The airport is home to two Fixed Base Operators:
- Atlantic Aviation
- Signature Aviation
These FBOs provide aircraft services, storage, fueling, and tenant opportunities. We recommend contacting them directly for aircraft basing and related services.
