Filing a Complaint
If you believe you have experienced discrimination related to airport programs or services, you may file a complaint within 180 days of the alleged incident.

You may also file a complaint directly with the U.S. Department of Transportation or the Federal Aviation Administration.
Investigation Process
The Aviation Department will review and investigate all complaints. A written response will be provided within 90 days.
