Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests

The California Public Records Act provides individuals with the right to inspect and obtain copies of public records maintained by local agencies, such as PSP.

Public records are documents containing information relating to conduct of the public’s business prepared, owned, used, or retained by the City of Palm Springs. Certain documents and records maintained by the City are exempt from public disclosure under the Act.
