Rental Car Center – Programming & Project Definition

To make picking up and dropping off rental cars faster and easier, PSP is planning a new three-level consolidated rental car center adjacent to baggage claim, directly north of the terminal — with two underground stories, one above-ground level, and rooftop parking. Programming and concept development are underway, with planning continuing into 2026.
