By downloading and using the Palm Springs International Airport logo (“Logo”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this disclosure statement carefully before proceeding:

Ownership and License:
The Logo is the property of Palm Springs International Airport, and all rights, title, and interest in the Logo remain exclusively with PSP. Your download and use of the Logo do not grant you any ownership rights in the Logo. Palm Springs International Airport grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Logo solely for the purpose of promoting or Palm Springs International Airport in accordance with the terms stated below.

Permitted Use:
You are permitted to use the Logo solely for the purpose of promoting or representing [Your Company Name] in a positive and accurate manner. This includes using the Logo on your website, social media platforms, printed materials, presentations, or any other marketing collateral related to Palm Springs International Airport. The Logo may not be altered, modified, distorted, or used in any way that could damage the reputation or integrity of Palm Springs International Airport.

Prohibited Use:
You are expressly prohibited from using the Logo in any of the following ways:

No Endorsement:

Termination:
Palm Springs International Airport reserves the right to terminate or modify this license and disclosure statement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Logo and remove it from any materials or platforms where it has been displayed.

By downloading the Logo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this disclosure statement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not download or use the Logo.
