Taxi Companies
There are multiple companies that can help you get to or from Palm Springs International Airport.
Rideshare
Rideshare companies Uber and Lyft (also known as Transportation Network Companies) provide pick-ups and drop-offs at the Palm Springs International Airport.
Drop-offs are allowed curbside in front of the terminal building.
For pick-ups, follow the Rideshare signage to the designated area located at the south end of the terminal, in the commercial lane across the street from WestJet Airlines.

Carshare
Turo is a peer-to-peer car rental marketplace that allows you to rent cars from local hosts. Check out the platform here.
How it Works
To rent a car at PSP using Turo, choose a vehicle from the available listings and book it through the Turo app. You can pick up your rental from a public parking lot or the terminal island curbside. Communicate with your host to confirm the exact pickup location and follow the guidelines for a smooth hand-off.
Pickup Locations
Airport Public Parking Lots:
- Pickup: Contact your host to confirm the vehicle’s location. Use the parking ticket left in the vehicle to exit the lot.
- Return: Park in any available space in the public lot, leave a parking ticket inside the vehicle, and message your host with the exact location.
Terminal Island Curbside (Pickup Only):
- Exit the terminal and use the crosswalk to reach the terminal island on Kirk Douglas Way.
- Meet your host at the terminal island curbside. Complete the vehicle hand-off within 10 minutes.
Fees
- Turo collects and remits an airport fee for vehicle delivery.
- Hosts must disclose any parking fees in their listings.
Be sure to follow all airport guidelines and use Turo’s “Location sharing” feature for easy coordination with your host. For more information, see Turo’s website.
